Ang pagsusulit sa kauna-unahang National College Entrance Examination (NCEE) ay sinimulang ay ginanap noong Nobyembre 25, 1973. Ito ay naging isang napakainam na panunutunan ng pagbabatayan ng mga mag-aaral, at maging ng mga educational institution, sa pagkuha ng tamang academic courses. ReplyDeleteYes, I'm also confused. Do you know this for a fact, or based it in Wikipedia? The reason I asked is because I have different sources, magazine and newspaper articles, books, etc that said either November 25 or November 27.
