Picture Trivia
Many fashion experts would say that the peak of the Supermodel Era happened between 1991 and 1997. Majority considered Kate Moss as the “last true supermodel” of this era.
Moss is one of the most controversial supermodels. In a sense, she is not the typical supermodel that fashion critics expect to see. She’s extremely thin, not that tall, with gapped front teeth, and looks like a cross between a child and a grown woman. Amid all these, Moss had what is called the “X-factor” and with the help of fashion guru Calvin Klein, they introduced to the world the “waif look” which became the trend guide of fashion designers of the 21st century.
