1583 – The Real Audiencia, the Supreme Court during the Spanish Period, was established by a royal decree.
1889 – La Correspondencia de Manila, possibly the first newspaper sold in the streets of Manila, was established by Jose Guillermo Autran (the son). It was similar to the La Correspondencia de Madrid, published by Jose Guillermo Autran (the father).

          Unang napansin si Isabel Oli (tunay na pangalan Maria Olivia S. Daytia) sa isang Max’s Restaurant commercial. Pero alam niyo bang nagsimulang sumikat ang magandang aktres na ito nang gumanap siya sa papel na may pareho niyang pangalan na Isabel? Ito ay sa television series na Sugo (2005-2006) katambal si Richard Gutierrez. Nasundan ito ng pagganap sa pelikulang Moments of Love (2006) at isa pang television fantasy series na Atlantika (2006).
