          The movie career of Danish actress, model and singer Brigitte Nielsen started in 1985 for her portrayal of Red Sonja, opposite Arnold Schwarzenegger. In that same year, she met and had a relationship with Silvester Stallone. They were married on December 15, 1985. Nielsen and Stallone did two films together, Rocky IV (1985) and Cobra (1986). Their marriage, however, lasted only 19 months, and they divorced on July 1987.
          As a singer, her debut music album Every Body Tells a Story was released in 1987. Nielsen appeared a number of times inside the pages of Playboy and was its cover girl on it December 1987 Gala Christmas issue (SEE attached cover page).

It was labeled “when the music died,” which is somewhat a repetition of what happened on February 3, 1959, when rock singer Buddy Holly died in a plane crash, then labeled as “the day the music died” in Don McLean’s song “American Pie” (1971).

On March 2004, she gave birth to their first child. Barely five months later, she did nude pictorials which appeared in a 10-page spread of the Playboy December 2004 issue.           The film Die Hard (1988), which starred Bruce Willis and brought him to the peak of stardom, as of this writing, had four sequels: Die Hard 2 (1990), Die Hard With a Vengeance (1995), Live Free or Die Hard (2007) at A Good Day to Die Hard (2013).
          Do you know that the story about the New York police detective John McClane that Willis portrayed in the original Die Hard was derived from a novel? The title of novel is Nothing Lasts Forever (1979), authored by crime novelist Roderick Thorp (1936-1999). The name of the lead character, John Leland, however, was changed to John McClane. The character was also made younger, and instead of saving his son against the villains, the character was scriptwritten to rescue his wife.
