Events that happened on February 10
1763 – After the peace treaty was signed between Spain and England, ending the Seven Years War, England returned the colonial occupation of the Philippines to Spain.
1983 – Pres. Ferdinand Marcos signed into law the Local Government Code.
1984 – Renown cartoonist Larry Alcala was featured in the cover of Asiaweek magazine.
1987 – During Cory Aquino’s regime, 17 civilians including six children were massacred by marines in Lupao, Nueva Ecija. It was called the “Lupao Massacre.” After two years, the marines involved were acquitted by the military court.

1893 – Benigno Pantaleon Ramos, poet, journalist, orator, founder of the Sakdal Movement against the American occupation of the Philippines and the pro-Japanese party Ganap – in Bambang, Bulacan. (d. 1946)

          Si Kristine Hermosa ay nadiskubre habang sinasamahan ang kaniyang nakatatandang kapatid na si Kathleen sa audition nito sa ABS-CBN. Siya ay 12-taong-gulang pa lamang noon. Ang una niyang drama series sa ABS-CBN ay ang Sa Sandaling Kailangan Mo Ako (1996).
            Sa pelikulang Enteng Kabisote (2004), at sa mga sumunod na tatlong sequels nito, gumanap si Kristine Hermosa bilang Faye, ang engkantadang asawa ni Enteng Kabisote (na ginampanan ni Vic Sotto) at ina ni Benok (Oyo Sotto). Sa tunay na buhay, sina Kristine Hermosa at Oyo Sotto ang mag-asawa at si Vic Sotto ang biyenan niya.
