Picture Trivia
Robert Patrick played the role of FBI agent John Doggett in the TV series The X-Files. In the episode titled “Salvage” (January 14, 2001), he mentioned “You only see metal men in movies.” This can be alluded to Patrick portraying the role of the T-1000, the extremely difficult to destroy liquid metal terminator, in the film Terminator 2: Judgment Day (1991).
Incidentally, when the production of Terminator 2 was announced in 1984, the estimated budget was 12 million dollars. The production cost, however, reached 102 million dollars, the first film to exceed a 100-million-dollar budget.
