Mr. & Ms. Vol. 22 No. 10, June 30, 1998
On the cover: Dodot Jaworski and Mikee Cojuangco |
A timely article in 1998, “The Shrinking Wood
Supply” (pp. 46-47), the write-up is still very much significant 19 years
after.
“If a tree is cut down, there is hope that it
will grow again and will send new branches. Even if its roots grow old in the
ground, and its stump dies in the dirt, at the smell of water it will bud and
put out new shoots like a plant.” – Job 14:7-9, The Everyday Bible, New Century Version.
