Plight of the Flying Lemurs

Mr. & Ms. Vol. 25 No. 21, September 11, 2001
On the Cover: May Bayot, Lani Misalucha and Karlyn Bayot

I used to frequently go to the office of the Protected Areas and Wildlife Bureau (PAWB) in Quezon City for research on the different Philippine wildlife, because I love writing about them, such as the article here, “Plight of the Flying Lemurs,” which is about a small primate known locally as kagwang.

“The dwellers at the ends of the earth are overawed by your signs; you make east and west sing aloud in triumph.” – Psalms 65:8, The Revised English Bible.
