FRONT AND BACK (1960-1980)

FRONT AND BACK
(1960-1980)

Magazines and komiks bearing the pictures of the same celebrity on both its front and back covers are said to be the favorites of collectors. During the late 1960s throughout the 1970s, some Philippine magazines featured the same celebrity on its front and back covers.
Notable is Pogi Magazine for Men. Its first four issues were published by Pilipino Komiks, Inc., and the succeeding ones by ACE Publications, Inc. The magazine which contained mostly komiks pages bannered sexy celebrity covers, front and back, usually the back being the mirror image of the front cover.
