About Me

Ernee Lawagan: Ernesto Lawagan is a structural engineer with background in earthquake research in the Philippines, with more than 25 years experience in structural design. He is also an award-winning writer and journalist. He won the top prize of the Philippine Press Institute Science and Technology Journalism Award twice (1991 and 1995), and was a seven-time top finalist. In 2020, he was awarded the prestigious Gawad Tanglaw sa Panulat medal.
